Initially they went to the wrong house. Once they got here, they worked very hard to get everything done. They completed the job in two hours which was amazing. However, they later charged me an additional $35.00 for wrapping the furniture in plastic which I never asked for. My other issue that they did not pay attention to what was fragile or not. I don't they were fluent in English.

The team was great - they were punctual, friendly, and knowledgable about how to get everything packed securely and safely into the PODS moving container. They were willing to discuss different packing items and kept me updated with how much space was left. They were efficient with their time and made sure to take care when going up and down stairs to not ding walls or scuff floors.

I pre-paid for 2 hours and the guys got it done in under an hour. Seriously fast, careful with my items, going to use them again for my next move in the future.

We were extremely pleased with Rigo’s Moving & Storage. The move could not have gone smoother. The movers were punctual, friendly, efficient, and got the job done in the time frame that they originally quoted us. They handled our belongings with care. They did an outstanding job wrapping, loading and securing all of my belongings in the most efficient way possible and were very hard workers They were also respectful and kind. I would not hesitate to use them again and they have my highest recommendation.
