Do not use this service! The 2 loaders they sent were horrible!
To load a 2/2 condo it took them 9 1/2 hours! They didn’t even load the POD properly. I had to rent a van to store the items that should’ve fit in the POD. The one guy kept complaining that he didn’t even want to work that day. Then they wanted to be paid for the 9 1/2 hours and the owner of the loading company was threatening me on a 3 way call with Hire a Helper!

Firstly the movers came very late and they mentioned the address was not correct.
The two guys that came reviewed the address and it was right as I had mentioned.
This was the second time I used hire a helper and the last. My first experience was bad since they loaded everything but when I opened the pod to offload most of the boxes broke and everything shifted forward so it was hard to open the doors for the pod.
I had asked the loaders to review the loading carefully but they didn't.
I will not recommend anyone to used them.

Excellent service. They were on time, well prepared for the job and with great attitude. Their experience was key to the moves of their furniture into the container. I would recommend them again, five stars service and experience.

They were later than expected due to a longer job prior to ours but called several times to give us updates and got it all done.
Highly recommended to load Pods.

Our two hired helpers showed up a half hour late and that was only after we made several phone calls trying to track them down. They never called us to let us know they would be late. They got off to a slow start, but turned out to be very careful, respectful of our home and worked for 2.5 hours straight loading a PODS as we decluttered in preparation for selling our house. They were very nice guys and they packed things with care. We would definitely use them again and likely will when we are ready to move.
