They were very friendly and helpful. For when I have my move-in date for the next place, if I can get a better rate, I’d be happy to use you all again. But the two guys that were here were absolutely the sweetest. And I would definitely use them again, and would be happy to hire them separately without all the extra cost.

The team showed up promptly, were friendly, helpful and unloaded quickly. They also organized my belongings neatly, better than I would have done and in much faster time. I have managed many material and dock handlers in my career and wish I had had them on my team. The actual movers did a great job. I would work with them again. Now the back end - I paid when the job was done via credit card. I was then sent an invoice via email with a different amount, I sent an email seeking clarification, but have not received an explanation yet. Please help.

The moving team from Proload that helped move all furnishings into the pods were friendly, quick, and professional. They did it so quickly, my husband and I were amazed and grateful. I remember 2 of the names and not the others, Oscar and “Max”.
