Garrett's arrived on time and worked very quickly unloading our trailer, however they paid no attention to the markings on the boxes; virtually every box was brought in upside down, and no care was given to avoiding damage to our furniture. Their fast pace ended up being counterproductive: the place was a mess when they left an hour early, and I was still charged for the remaining hour. Terrible work and unprofessional business practice. No, I would not use them again, nor recommend.

The original Hire-A-Helper that I scheduled was a no show. The customer service rep found Garrett's EZ Moving as a replacement. The two helpers drove 2 1/2 hrs. to get to my home. They packed at night and had a great attitude. Thanks for all of that. However they were such inexperienced (or careless?) packers that they scratched, damaged or dented almost every piece of furniture in the POD. I had two dozen pads next to the truck and noticed how many were left after the POD was full. I don't think they wrapped the furniture. I would not recommend them.

First and foremost, these young men must be commended for substituting at the last minute for a sorry moving team that was a no-show. They drove a good distance and had a very patient and willing spirit during the 3-4 hours they worked with us. They were hard workers and not slackers. Excellent helpers.
That being said, there is room for improvement. First of all, we were already behind a few hours do to the no-show movers. Garrett and Josh informed me they would be there at a certain time. When nearly 30 minutes passed after that time and they had not gotten there, I communicated with them and got the response that they had taken a break and were still 30 minutes out. It would have been very helpful if they had let me know this. They ended up being an hour later than expected.
Also, in observing their work, they have very willing attitudes, but it is apparent they could use some more experience under their belt. I think if they keep at this business, with more maturity and experience, they'll be top-notch. I would definitely use them again for helping in a move.

They did a great job. They weren't rough with any of the furniture and were patient with me as I arranged the truck to fit everything. They finished everything very quickly and to my satisfaction.

Workers were on time, job had to be delayed from Thursday to Saturday due to house renovation not completed. We had complications from painters blocking one access to house and another furniture delivery arriving when 3/4 unloaded and all parties worked together to get unloading completed. No damaged was incurred. I would use them again.

Dolly on hand if they already have them. Everything packed if they did the packing. Moving truck ready to be unloads or loaded or both.

Office moves, apartment moves, long distance moves. We have handled clients booking us for 5 months at a time. Nursing homes and student colleges so we have unloaded and loaded semi trucks and conrainers. Who else has done that in their career?
