Freeport Mover Reviews
This team was amazing. They were kind, prompt, and so helpful.
Just Us Professional Movers were phenomenal! Doug and Dougie (father and son) were on time, prepared for the job, hard working (non-stop), respectful and careful with our items, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs movers. They came to unload our Pod on a day that it was rainy, and came prepared with runners for the apartment to prevent our floor from getting dirty. They brought dollies as well to help with the move. They started unloading our Pod after consulting with me, and were thoughtful in how they did so, being careful with each item they moved as if it were their own. We hired them for a 2 hour minimum, and the job was done in 1 hour and 40 minutes. Most of all, they were personable and friendly, and were were able to have some lovely conversations with them (between me, them and my family). Plus, they are local and were able to relate to my family from Michigan as well! Overall, I would highly recommend Just Us Professional Movers, Doug and Dougie, and we are planning on hiring them again when we move from our now 2-bedroom apartment to a home in the near future. If you're not hiring them for your move in the Grand Rapids, MI area, you're doing it wrong!
They communicated before the arrival…they let me reschedule when my Pod. arrived days late. They were very professional and friendly….arrived on time and were experts at packing that Pod! I would highly highly recommend the company and my packers, Anthony and Malcom! Very respectful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly!
I decided at the last minute to rent a U-Haul for my move rather than go with an expensive moving company. (I saved over $1,000. This was for a small move across town - I can't imagine how much someone would save for a larger move.) The two guys showed up on time (one was even there early, so be prepared for that), and in short order they walked through the house, devised a plan, and started carrying items out. We hired them for 4 hours total to load and unload, which included drive time. They were courteous, helped problem solve some tricky logistics like an immovable dog gate that required them to lift a heavy dresser practically over their heads, and were totally comfortable with us "helping" here and there.

Great work from these guys. They got the unloading job done faster than a four-person crew we had load the truck. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again.
Bryce, Ethan and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job for us. They arrived on time and worked very hard. They were careful with our goods, nothing broken. They were very patient and willing to help things get placed in just the right places. We would strongly recommend them to anyone.
This is such a great service! The two young men were on-time, polite and efficient. They unloaded a moving van in no time. I highly recommend Hire A Helper.
