Elijah and Brandon were awesome! PODS made an incorrect assessment of the pod size. Elijah made arrangements for Brandon to drive my things from Florida to Illinois the next morning. Brandon made the drive in record time. I don't know what would have happened without them!

Arrived at 0830 and finished without incident at 1230. Original contract was 3 men and 3 hours, ended up being 2 men and 4 hours. They were extremely hard working and very polite. Contract was amended quickly and actually saved money. Good job!!!

Not too outstanding. They offered no insights nor asked any questions about the packing of items. Mattress and box springs were loaded uncovered. Professional movers would have queried about wrapping these items. They did not. The tv was packed on its side which is narrow. Over time this compresses packing materials and leads to damage. Rolled rugs stood on end and immediately fell into a random spaghetti pile. The packing was supervised for a portion of the job but it was finished unsupervised. That's on us. Not a lot of thought into the process and the last items packed seemed to be tossed in. A lot of money spent to have to repack the pod ourselves.
