This is literally my third move with S & L- they are always outstanding. Dameon and his partner were great. So fast and efficient. I was extremely pleased with their service today!!! The two gentlemen who loaded my Large Pod did a great job, were friendly, and very speedy! They showed up on time, had a truck full of supplies (e.g., dollies), and were respectful about not tracking snow into my house. I would highly recommend to anyone moving in and around the Madison area.

I have moved a lot and these guys were by far the best and most professional. They arrived and finished the job on time. Made sure that everything is wrapped carefully. Zero damage!

Al knew how to pack a truck! He was very experienced, selecting heavy pieces and boxes to build the bottom, and lighter objects to fill holes and go on top. Both he and his younger sidekick (Rob? Sorry---the name escapes me!) were personable, polite, and professional. Al is a veteran who served in the Marines. I highly recommend!

Josh W. & Josh S. were on time and ready to work. The young men from College Movers did an outstanding job. They even took the initiative and came to unload my property two earlier than my original schedule time after I received a call from Hire Helpers stating that they wouldn’t be able to keep my original schedule time and requesting I scheduled a later date during the week. Not only did these young men accommodate their time to get my property unloaded they also called an apologized for the mixup with the schedule.

I decided at the last minute to rent a U-Haul for my move rather than go with an expensive moving company. (I saved over $1,000. This was for a small move across town - I can't imagine how much someone would save for a larger move.) The two guys showed up on time (one was even there early, so be prepared for that), and in short order they walked through the house, devised a plan, and started carrying items out. We hired them for 4 hours total to load and unload, which included drive time. They were courteous, helped problem solve some tricky logistics like an immovable dog gate that required them to lift a heavy dresser practically over their heads, and were totally comfortable with us "helping" here and there.

These were the most helpful and polite movers I’ve ever worked with! They asked for anything they didn’t know, handle my belongings like their own. I so appreciated how easy and fun they were to work with. Terri, TN
