What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking your move, you can expect a call from a team member confirming the details of the information they have already provided and making sure that the customer has the opportunity to ask any questions and concerns they may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect the team to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the job site. A member of the team will then ask you to give them a quick tour of the things that need to be moved so that the mover has an idea of how things should be packed. After that point, the crew will quickly and carefully begin loading or unloading your items. Three reasons our crew is the best... 1) all workers are background checked 2) We do not smoke around your belongings 3) We do not waste your money by sitting on our phone
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All furniture should be disassembled. Including but no limited to... washers, dryers, couches, refrigerators, and bed frames
