The gentlemen who assisted were kind. However, they were careless with the important boxes labeled 'fragile' or 'glass on top'. They stacked heavier boxes onto the fragile ones when stacking the dolly. A few of my mugs were broken but at the end of the day, the job was completed.

The two individuals who arrived, identified as Q and Carlos, were both helpful and personable. Their services are recommended. However, the experience with the representative from the company was unsatisfactory.
The initial arrival time was scheduled between 8am-9am. The company requested two days before they were to come to reschedule the arrival time to between 10am-11am due to their location being 90 miles away, which was agreed upon. On the day of arrival, a follow-up call was made at 10:48am to confirm their arrival. The representative stated that they were delayed due to weather conditions but assured us that they would arrive soon.
At 12:00pm, the driver, identified as Q, called to request the address, which had already been provided to the company twice. The driver stated that they were approximately 1 hour and 42 minutes away. While the two individuals who arrived at the house were not at fault, the overall experience with the company was unsatisfactory due to the lack of transparency and communication.

Kway and Cam arrived exactly on time, and were courteous and hard-working. They brought some very heavy pieces of furniture through tight spaces skillfully. I would hire them again, and recommend them highly.

First, they were 4 hours late. Then, I was given a Jamaican number to call, which I did not know until received phone bill. One guy worked hard. The other guy moved in slow motion, and was on phone about his tires. We were cramping his time because they closed at 5:00 so he was trying to cut our time by 30 min stating they arrived earlier than they did. I showed text asking how long still...so he couldn't lie. I was not happy about this group at all. They shouldn't have committed if they couldn't be on time. Also, I wouldn't have tipped, but the one guy was good! The slow one...counted it like it wasn't enough and looked at the money, then me...I'm like is there a problem! It was a $200 job, you've got $60 which is more than fair for what happened here, he was like ok....then I was upset he wasn't even thankful! I would not hire them again and I've moved alot!

Great crew. Worked together seamlessly as a team. Very very careful with our things. Volunteered to clean a messy and dangerous spill caused by the people who packed the trailer.

1 hour late hole in my couch broken coffee table. Owner of the company not helpful not nice didn't take any responsibility. Do not recommend!

The Movers showed an hour early. They had a dolly with them. They were polite with sarcasm ( trying to be in a playful manner at times) Started off slowly and very unorganized, which lead to going over the hired out time. ( My daughter and I completed the Move ourselves)
One of the guys continued to use cell phone, stopping to scroll and check his bets etc (since he actually shared that he lost the night prior by 1 point).
Air pods in ears and not listening when explaining details of our move and what needed to be loaded into the moving truck. One was very sarcastic and commented on everything I expressed to him as far as which items were to be moved with more care then others relating to the weight and the priceless/sentimental value. Items ended up shattered, irreplaceable and very damaged.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
