They are very customer oriented! There was a miscommunication about their supplying packing boxes, so I had to make a run to the store to buy some. To compensate me for my trouble, they gave me a free hour! The guys were very efficient and professional. They managed to fit an incredible amount of stuff into a small pod, and even loaded some things into my van for donating. I will probably have them back to unload the pod when my renovation is complete. I think Noah is the only one who knows how to put my rolltop oak desk back together!

They had to delay arrival for one hour due an injury to one of the workers. We were notified in advance and given a new arrival time. The crew arrived promptly at the rescheduled time. They immediately started unloading and continued non-stop for the three hours that we required. They were professional and polite and handled our property with care. We would definitely use them again.
