hired 2 people to help with loading pods container, needed some help with packing fragile kitchen stuff so went for 3 hrs instead of 2 hours.
They arrived on time, but were not at all friendly, i was giving them instructions on what boxes had fragile stuff, but they seemed to not pay much attention to me. They were in rush and did load all the stuff in less than an hour, then i asked them to help with packing kitchen. fragile items, they packed it in such a rush, i felt i could have done a better job myself, rather than asking for their help. Though there were more items left in the house that needs packing, since i didn’t filter some of the stuff yet, i didn’t let them pack it.
I paid for 3 hours, but they actually did only work for 1.5 hours.
Worst part was they left few items on the back of the container, which we didn’t know about, since we left town before the container was picked up, we couldn’t even get those items back in the container.

MovingZoom was on time and then hit the ground running. The 3 member team worked well together and with us. They were respectful of our home and our items. They got far more packed into the POD than we had thought likely. We will definitely use them again when it's time to unload. Shout out to Pat, John, and Jahari- well done!

Great communication, on time arrival and very good packers. They broke down some furniture pieces including our tv, wrapped items and loaded them into our pod. They were very knowledgeable about packing the pod well and safely. We’re using them again for our second pod and would highly recommend to anyone.
