I'm still shocked at what happened this weekend with Sebastian moving. Long story short, the origin and destination addresses were reversed due to no fault of their own (not mine either), which caused their movers to arrive just a few mins late. When Chris and Drew arrived, they were courteous, friendly, and very quick with their moving, and finished the entire move in 2 hrs (including the 10-mile drive)! I was happy to have finished quickly due to their efficient move, but I was shocked to find that the owner has refunded me the whole cost because they were late! They take pride in their work and integrity, so if they guarantee on-time arrival, they really mean it! They even rent trucks for almost nothing and I'll be utilizing them for both the muscle and the truck. They're much more cost effective than two men and a truck and do an excellent job, so no brainer I'm going to these guys again for my next move!

Alex and Dante were prompt to their appointment time. They were polite, friendly and courteous. They worked hard for five straight hours taking great care with my belongings. I was very happy with the service we received from Sebastian Movers. They arrived on time and brought everything they needed for the job. They were professional, efficient and polite. They used shrink wrap on all my furniture, so I really felt my furniture was well cared for. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Our experience was beyond expectations. From our contact with the administrative staff through the professional an courteous approach taken by the men who did the actual move. Their opening statements about reinforcing their goal of making us comfortable with what they were going to do and how they were going to do it put us at ease immediately. Sebastian Moving did a great job. Very shortly after making the reservation I got a call from Jamin Sebastian introducing himself and getting a better understanding of the job. As the move day drew closer bad weather was approaching, at my request Jamin was able to reschedule a couple days later. On the move day Jamin called to check on the movers who arrived inside the one hour arrival window. Chris and Kyle got to work immediately and worked quickly and efficiently. They were so intent on work we had to encourage them from time to time to stop and have some of the cold water we provided as the temp was over 90. Chris and Kyle were also very respectful, cooperative, friendly and pleasant to work with. Great job guys! If I needed to move again these would be the guys I'd use.

We had Alex, Ben, Wesley and Brian help us move our belongings into a third floor apartment. It was a very sunny and hot Florida day. Alex and his crew worked extremely hard and made excellent time during an exhausting move. I would gladly use them again when construction is completed on our new home.
