It all started when Steve, Juan, and Gage pulled up in a shiny new car. What's this? Don't movers arrive in vans? Please.. These moving demi-gods arrived in style and instantly took control. They inventoried, they discussed, I pointed.
Whoosh.
...and just as sudden as they arrived all my stuff was furnijitsu'd into the container. To tell you the truth I don't know how they did it, but I would definitely go with Sebastian Moving again.

I HAVE travelled for the Government and commercially Moving for the last 40 years of 59 on average every 2 years from Asia, and Europe , and almost all 50 US States with between 24,000lbs and 14,000lbs of furniture depending on work assignments - as a soldier, as a US Diplomat, and a Service Disabled Business Entity. Your team at Sebastian Moving was challenged and completed the load with accuracy and with a great production rate for the challenge of quantity of content going into a PODS 16 foot container (I would have ordered larger if they had it). I am trained as a loadmaster and I left them to analyse the load and properly load it (I could see the thought process being implemented as a senior instructor for such tasks from the minute we performed the first walk through - they did a fantastic job of evaluating the containers and objects to move and placed them very well to maximize the container from front to back in 3.5 hours. Well done.. excellent job.. balanced load. handled with care and respect. Nice to see a uniform worn and enjoyed the company when they needed assistance to make sure they were accomplishing our goals. A well deserved break with pay should be something an owner should consider for this team when the summer rush is over.

The movers arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very prepared with a dolly & a hand truck.
They introduced themselves very politely when they first arrived. They asked for a walk through of the house so they would know exactly where to place our furniture and boxes. They were very respectful of our things and maintaining the condition of the house. They worked very hard. It was an extremely hot day which did not stop the pace at which they were working. We would definitely used them again if we needed them. We would also recommend them to friends.We were VERY pleased with the job they did. Everything turned out perfectly.

This is our 3rd time using Sebastian Moving (2 loads and 1 unload of PODS). We will absolutely be using them again when we unload into our new house. They are always on time, take utmost care of your belongings (wrapping furniture, strapping, etc.), are careful not to hit any walls, and expertly utilize the space in the containers as efficiently as possible. This business knows that word of mouth is what grows business, and they make sure their performance gains happy customers like me. They also are very flexible -- I had "priority" and "non-priority" items to make it into the PODS and they put up with my changing needs as I saw that additional items were able to to fit.

I was moving across county and really worried about using PODs for the first time. Mainly about how my belongings would fare, but also whether I could fit my whole house in such a little box. Enter Sebastian Moving...I have never seen a company so dedicated to customer service and so willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything in my house was properly packed and shipped safely. From the minute the crew walked in the door until the time my move was complete, Sebastian Moving was an absolute pleasure to work with and anticipated and solved problems before they even arose. Would give 10 stars if I could, and would absolutely recommend to anyone, no matter what size or distance the move.
Update: Just unloaded my POD after 2 weeks of travel. I am pleased to say, I had ZERO breakage and NOT A SINGLE scratch on an entire house's worth of furniture! I wasn't sure that was possible, but somehow Sebastian Moving did it!! Thanks again guys for the awesome move!
