I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Very little professionalism and communication was the worst. I wasnt made aware that my appt was double booked until after I called them for being an hour late. Once they did arrive 3hrs late, they were rushing and careless in order to get to the other job. My moving truck was so poorly packed that my help hired to unload the truck had difficulty doing their job. Didn't bring tools as requested, so my bed frame was thrown in the truck half disassembled. Some furniture were damaged due the poor loading, and they were aware that my journey would be 800 miles. Not sure if this is truly a company or just random guys off the street. I would compare them to hiring labor off Craigslist.

Both of the gentlemen did an excellent job. They where on time, and most of all they got everything unloaded in the 2 hours that I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised that they where able to get everything completely unload without damaging anything of my items. They worked hard from the time they got here until the time they left. I would definitely use them again.

The gentlemen were efficient and extremely helpful. They worked hard to move my furniture in timely manner. In addition, both gentlemen offered packing and securing methods that would minimize or prevent damage to my personal items. I highly recommend both these individuals to others who I might encounter that are in need of moving services.

Do NOT use them. Completely unreliable. Said they'd be here in 20 min and never showed. Wouldn't answer calls. Really let our family down. So disappointed.
