Absolutely outstanding: friendly, courteous, prompt, very protective of our furnishings, took the extra time to get the refrigerator out a narrow door- and took the time to be sure my mom (90 years old and leaving her home) was doing OK. They worked tirelessly for us with a smile on their faces. I would absolutely hire them again and strongly encourage you to use them!

NES said they would be here between 7-8am and they were here right at 7. They were all very polite, personable, careful with the furniture and very efficient. I would definitely use them again!

Moved form the third floor to the third floor, guys worked hard and quickly. They arrived in the window they said they would, and were prepared with blankets and straps, which was great since Uhaul was unable to fulfill my request for blankets. Definitely would use them again.

The 2 young men from NES were at my door at 7 am as scheduled. They walked through with me to see what needed to be packed into U Boxes. They determined the order that things would be loaded and began working very quickly. They were very careful of my things. At 8:45, one of the young men said they where about 3/4 done and would I like them to extend for another hour, which of course I did. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends.

The guys did an excellent job packing my PODS container - but they showed up two hours late. The manager, Nick, compensated me with a free extra hour of work which was nice. Also quite a bit over priced. I would not use Hire A Helper again, but would book NES directly.
