I was a little disappointed that only 3 out of the 4 guys came. The job took longer because there were only 3 guys and we were trying to get out of there earlier. Then they packed the truck well but unfortunately they were not able to fit most of our furniture behind. I realize that we needed a larger truck, but we were not told that we were not going to be able to pack our couch, 3 chairs, an Armoire, study book cases, my hope chest, boxes of food, trunk of shoes, floor jack and compressor. They were already running late at that point and in a hurry. We had to ask them to bring the remaining items down to the garage. They left at least 10 items upstairs to we had to bring them down ourselves. They were polite and worked hard but if the 4th person had showed up then they would not have been so tired and in a hurry to get to the next job. Yes I would hire them again but would keep a closer look on what they were packing to that my furniture would not have to be left behind.

They did a great job! Arrived early and finished on time. The two guys were fantastic and respectful of our items. They even helped us put together a few furniture items once they were done moving items in! The only issue we had was they put one of our boxes of fragile dishes in the mud causing the bottom to be soggy - but luckily the box didn't break and they didn't do it again.

Not as good as prior experiences. They showed up late (did call) which was okay but then during job they seemed preoccupied with running out of time. When I asked why they didn't load one of the items (BBQ) that I told them was a priority they just said that it wouldn't fit and walked away. I had a 26' truck and only had a few items that really needed to be on the truck. Now I have to rent another truck to move it since it won't fit in my car. Very frustrating since it feels like they didn't listen or care.

Super help! Arrived on time. Very pleasant. Fast. Clean. Careful. Went the extra mile to supply what I failed to get to do the job properly. Excellent loading job. Everything arrived at destination still perfectly packed after a 3-day trip. I recommend them.
