Exactly on time. Movers were polite, efficient, careful. It took longer than expected but antique furniture was carefully wrapped, moved and placed in our new house. These guys rocked !

I am VERY disappointed to say that the crew who showed up were misogynists. Women, esepcially women with kids shouldn't hire this crew. One of the guys was blasting music while going up and down stairs at my new place. I always endeavor to not bother neighbors in general, but especially not right at the beginning. It's only right to be considerate of others. Well, someone punched holes in some of my boxes deliberately because they didn't like being nicely asked to not disturb the neighbors with loud music. Additionally, the one crew member was talking to my teenage daughter inappropriately. Girls and women aren't here to be your therapist or dumping grounds. Telling her she looks older tells me you looked at her body and not her face. GROSS and CREEPY and made her uncomfortable. I felt terrible that she had to deal with that. Men who are working for women doing a job have a responsibility to be professional. Personal issues, comments, etc... are not "friendly" and are unprofessional. If you don't know how to behave decently toward girls and women, don't work around us. It's also completely unacceptable that they get angry and vengeful when women have boundaries or make a polite request. Good lord.
I spoke with the owner and he was determined to blame me for the actions of his crew. Men insisting on letting bad behavior of other slide is part of why the world has become a cesspool. Telling a girl she looks older isn't "friendly". It's creepy. He should have apologized instead of trying to quantify the behavior.
They did complete the job. It wasn't until later that I discovered deliberate damage to boxes and was informed of the inappropriate things said. Would not use again for obvious reasons even though they offered free service as apology. I can't trust people who are so inappropriate and unprofessional.

We made every effort to ensure Ms. Kate's satisfaction during our recent service. The move took place two days before Christmas, and we maintained a low volume while playing Christmas music. When Ms. Kate requested the music be turned off, we promptly complied.

Throughout the entire process, we engaged in pleasant and respectful communication with all attendees. Despite apparent challenges in Ms. Kate's personal life, as she was getting divorced, we maintained a positive and accommodating demeanor. It is noteworthy that our punctuality and diligence in completing the move successfully were not questioned in her review.

Recognizing that Ms. Kate may be undergoing difficult personal circumstances, we extend our understanding and sympathy. Her daughter and ex-husband apologized for her behavior. We remain committed to providing excellent service and understanding, even in challenging situations, and hope that any honest concerns raised can be addressed constructively.

They were excellent! Very professional and polite. The only bad thing is I booked too much time. The website recommend too many hours and I should not have listened. I paid for 3 hours and they were done in one.

My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!

Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
