In the words of our client: Candidly, I don't think the CT team was
employed by the Long Haul Driver. I think they were temporary staffing and they were extremely inexperienced. They showed up three hours late and left promptly at 5pm. Although they did get all of our belongings into the home, they left company driver to assemble and place all of the furniture. I thought that was ridiculous. Long Haul Driver to had to perform a lot of extra labor and I did my best to help him get everything finished. Overall, HAH needs to improve the quality of the local team. They need more experienced people. Having said that, miraculously none of our furniture was damaged. The team struggled but did get everything moved in without damage. Overall, the loading team performed at a really high level. Long Haul Driver was outstanding. The HaH crew left much to be desired.

Young, strong boys arrived ready to work! Super professional and friendly. Grateful for their hard work and efficiency to get the truck fully loaded and unpacked perfectly within the four hours. We even made an extra stop at the storage unit and I couldn’t believe they made everything fit so well. So thankful!!
