I am surprised that there is a nearly perfect five star rating for this company. While certain people on the team didn’t put much care into what they were doing, the rest of the team did put in some thoughtful effort, which is why this isn’t a lower star review. There were two rather large mishaps— our expensive mattress got dropped in oily water in the parking lot, and a family heirloom chair was dropped off the back of the truck. I think it would be helpful if they were more careful, had a stronger sense of professionalism, and gave more attention to detail.
