I would highly recommend Texas Top Tier Movers. I was super impressed with the care they took to help us pack the moving pods. They made sure items were placed and packed properly to ensure nothing would be damaged from the move. They went above and beyond to make sure everything fit in the pods as we were worried our stuff would not. The attention to detail really was impressive and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased. These guys are AWESOME!!!

Our crew of 4 worked so hard in the Dallas heat for 3+ hours! They communicated well before arrival, were prompt, and efficiently and carefully unloaded our 26’ box truck. They were polite and took care of all of our furniture , etc despite the heat, staircases, and heavy items. They were a great team and I highly recommend them.

The guys that came were nice enough but not professional movers at all. Didn’t know how to load our pods, left empty room causing us to have to get a U-Haul for the stuff that didn’t fit. Used our tie downs but not by the ratchet, just put knots in them instead of using the hooks. Also very slow and not efficient on time at all. Would not recommend this company

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
