4 guys for 4 hours job of loading a 4 bed 2 story house into 2 PODS. They were on time, communicated in advance and did a great job. Made best use of the space. Finished loading in 2 hours. Did great job, no damage to house or loading furniture, rest I would know when it’s unloaded. Mr. Renne is their manager or owner. As per terms of his policy at time of booking, the remaining hours weren’t refundable. However I tried to text him and reach out to discuss other options, because I had some more loading job later. Unfortunately Mr. Renne decided not to reply or respond. I will suggest if you book with “Texas top tier movers”, then book less hours then expected, cause you won’t get remaining hours back n they are really good at their work, fast and reliable.

Absolutely recommend. To start, they called and let me know their ETA. Then, when they had car trouble a replacement crew was sent within the arrival window. They did a great job of making things fit in the truck. Never felt like they were being too rough with our furniture or boxes. Really appreciated that they even took apart some of our furniture to make it fit even though the truck we got was smaller than we needed for everything.

The guys worked very hard in the heat and got the truck packed to the ceiling in the scheduled time. The guys in Oklahoma who helped me unload said the guys did a great job packing the truck in Texas. They were very efficient, polite, and hard working. A real pleasure to work with! Thank you!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
