These guys were AWESOME I am old and these young punks showed up and did an absolutely fantastic job OMG I literally can’t say enough good things about them

Showed up on time, worked well. However they weren’t careful with the furniture. Some had deep scratches and dents in them. Will have to file a claim for reimbursement. Wouldn’t hire again.

My two unloaders that replaced to crew that flaked on me were great. I had them for three hours, and they unloaded a 26 foot truck in 1 hour 45 minutes

I hired four unpackers for 5 hours. They arrived on time and after a brief "tour" of the house set to work. They worked hard and were very efficient. They were careful of my furniture and placed things exacted where I asked. If something needed to be moved they had no problem doing it. I would definitely use them again. I had 2 very packed PODS to unload and they were able to finish on time.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
