Unfortunately, the guys arrived very late. 30 minutes past their window of time to arrive. Even when I called to respectfully inquire if they could come on the earlier part of the arrival because I had a same day POD service, they arrived the 30 minutes late.
At that point, I had to start enlisting help from friends to fill in. I was starting to feel like they wouldn’t arrive.
When the two men arrived, their eyes were incredibly bloodshot and they smelled like weed and smoke. I wasn’t there to judge their choices but it was a put off for me and unprofessional. One guy was holding his cigarette and it wasn’t the work ethic I was hoping for.
They did load the pod, but I asked them if they were prepared to strap it down. They weren’t. So I sent a friend to buy straps and rope. I was bummed they didn’t have any options for securing the items seeing as they were booked to load a pod and pod requires strapping down. I was confused they were unprepared.
I only used them for an hour of labor, but had to pay for the two hours minimum.
This was a negative experience.

Very nice movers who hustled and were respectful. A couple pieces of furniture were dropped/mishandled in the process, I haven’t been able to assess them yet because it’s still en route from delivery. All in all a positive experience.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
