Stupendous job by Texas Top Tier Movers! The team arrived on time. They were very courteous, and took the time to immediately answer any questions we had regarding the process. The team was very respectful of our items, making sure to stop and engage us if they had any questions about moving item(s) into the Pods containers. They were absolutely focused on ensuring to pack the pods securely and safely. Superb communication from all members of the team. They had all the right tools and resources needed to make the moving process speedy and efficient. We will definitely request the same crew for our next move. The guys that showed up today were very nice, very respectful. They were running behind schedule and took the time to call me which I thought was very professional.
Unfortunately, my whole house smelled like Marijuana while they were unpacking my furniture. A brand new home doesn't need to smell like marijuana.
I'd love to have these guys back in the future ---- minus the marijuana.

Texas Top Tier Movers took the time to divide our boxes in the truck based on whether they were going to the storage unit or the house. This really helped us with the unloading process!

My 2 helpers were 2 hours late due to traffic & car problems. I had done most of the loading, except for the furniture pieces, by the time they arrived.
Once they arrived, both men worked hard and finished loading/unloading in 1:45.

Terrible weather was looming with an actual tornado warning and sirens! Marcus & Ely arrived after the weather delay & brought dry weather & eventually sunny skies. They surveyed the pending job & asked questions before getting started. Marcus was a master packer since I burdened with many irregular sized boxes. He made the Tetris puzzle look easy. Ely was a wiz at navigating my 19 steps with heavy loads. Both men were extremely courteous. I wish they were at my destination to help unload without all these stairs. I would definitely work with them again!
The real result will be unpacking to see how the Master Packer Marcus manage to get everything so tightly packed. So far it’s been a great experience! My destination will be the final result.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
