They were absolutely Amazing! I relocated from Ohio to North Carolina. They began communication 3 days prior!!! They were extremely flexible & even showed up early. No damages to any of our furniture. Very friendly & welcoming to us as new residents to North Carolina. I strongly recommend them!!!!! WHO DEY!!!!

Initial communication with VIP was seamless. They confirmed times and addresses the day before. The day of our move they did not show during their arrival time window. They did not return my phone call three times and never attempted to let us know they’d be running late. Only after contact Hire A Helper for assistance did they reach out with one text message indicating they were in traffic and would be here within an hour. After not showing yet again, Hire A Helper called to let us know they were in traffic due to a car accident and would not be able to complete the job. We ended up moving our entire apartment ourselves. If they adequately communicated with us, we could have made other arrangements.

This is a small business, The owner of the company had some delays that morning, but kept me informed the whole time. Of course I panic and was worried because moving is stressful. Once he got the project started, he took good care of my items as if they was his items. Very professional and was quick and friendly. I was pleased with the service. Well job done, would definitely use again!

DAMON IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST AND WORKED WITH ME TO ARRIVE AT A DESIGNATED TIME.
HE AND THE OTHER HELPER WERE VERY EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND COURTEOUS.
MY ONLY COMPLAIN IS THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR 2 HRS. WHEN THEY WERE ONLY THERE FOR 45 MIN!
