The movers were a little behind only because of traffic, but they called to notify us. Once they were here, they were all business and managed to unpack the truck in less time than what we had originally planned. Very courteous, didn’t want my help. Would absolutely use this company again.

There are bracelets missing from bathroom countertop which is a pass-through from bedroom to garage. Extremely unhappy about this and, simply due to sentimental value, it would be nice to have them returned. It is very difficult to determine whether other items are missing, as workers went fast and hard, which should be a positive; however, requests to leave some items/boxes alone were ignored. Some items were marked for transport in our vehicles and were not packed or intended for long -distance shipping and storage. This necessitates emptying the unit to remove the items (if there) or just taking a chance the items are inside the unit and wait until delivery from storage to verify that the items shipped safely.

I have to say that anyone considering trying to pack a moving truck, you need to pay for Hire a Helper! They’re amazing! Three men loaded twenty feet of this twenty six truck in two and a half hours!
It would have taken me three days! It’s worth every penny! I even tipped them$60 , and three bottles of wine!
I will call them every time I need a move and recommend them to anyone I know !
