Anthony coordinated scheduling the time & my needs - everything. Very comprehensive, professional & courteous. Ira was the lead person and had a helper. Ira was very knowledgeable about how to load the Pod to insure things wouldn't move around & secured everything. Since I had extra room in the Pod, I put in a medium sized sofa & 2 chairs. This was no problem since Ira had all the wrappings to insure protection for all items. They worked really hard & fast to insure everything was loaded within the time limits. I will definitely use them again when I bring the Pod back and need to unload. Note: remodel so needed to unload all contents of my garage, living room, refrigerator and kitchen wares.

Jonathan and Kyle unloaded my Pack Rat Pod on 5/25/18. They arrived on time (10 a.m.) and ended the job at noon, working hard to complete everything within the two hour time frame. The two loaders arrived on time. They were very polite and very professional. They came prepared with a dolly and shrink wrap to wrap around the blankets we had provided to protect the furniture. They worked very well together and loaded the 8x8x16 in two hours. Great job!

When I hired Sitter's Movers I wanted a crew that would work with me to incorporate Plytanium plywood decks and bulkheads for enhanced protection for the 2000 mile long haul load-not a usual request I'm sure. (I'll be using the materials for a construction project at my new location.) The crew showed up on time with an additional helper which speeded the project up. They worked diligently and carefully for 5 hours using both their tools and mine with skill and competence. I was particularly impressed with their inovation in use of space--all 9 vertical feet in the trailer--and use of potective materials--cardboard and padding. Yes, I'd use them again. They showed up on time, extremely respectful and polite. I only needed them to help move the heavy furniture upstairs but they kept helping with other boxes, as well. Something that would have taken me and a friend 4 hours they got done in less than 2. I will definitely be using them again when I make my next move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will send you an email within 24 hours after booking a move with the best recommendations we have learned to offer over the many years we have been moving professionally.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have not seen it all (not sure that's possible). But we have seen a lot: tiny moves, entire furnished apartments buildings completely changed out, junk removal, billionaires with high-end homes, professional athletes, homeless (hey, they have stuff too and sometimes, ya just gotta help somebody), office moves, cross-country, international...the list goes on.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, seeing new parts of town are all pretty cool too :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.
