The job was done in 2 hrs. I ordered them for 3. The scheduling was confusing. I initially reserved them for the morning but I changed to afternoon. They say they never got that change. I didn't find out until the day of the move. They also put my clothes and other personal items such as blood pressure meds and winter clothing in the center of a 10x30 storage unit. Now I need to remove some items in order to get to them.

Incredible job! Friendly and VERY efficient. Two flights of stairs AND snowing, and they unloaded everything (10’ truck of heavy furniture and an SUV full of boxes) in just an hour! The window of arrival was 8-9 and they arrived at 8:20. They came with a dokey and were very respectful of all my things. I’ll definitely be using them again.

The two guys were quick and efficient and got all the heavy big pieces on/off the elevator with no problem, including wrapping in clear wrap the expensive and heavy top and bottom pieces of the china cabinet. They did not need much direction and did not talk with us much, which is fine, but when they did, they were pleasant and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.
