This time crew deserved 5 stars as they more cautious of my heavier furniture, which did not receive any dings as in the unloading of first POD. Since I was able to show supervisor actual dings he apparently shared info with crew. No problems. They were still hard working, polite and courteous. Would hire them again!

Crew is hardworking, polite and courteous. Even though they did a good job my Italian master bedroom set is very heavy and received several dings to the finish. One drawer had two parts broken off. Had to file a claim to get repairs made. I also emailed my photos Linda H #515919 on 4/21/18

This is the worse moving company that there is.. DO NOT USE THEM. they threw my furniture and fragile items into the crate, refused to use the straps that I purchased and just draped blankets on furniture. They also layed metal garden tools and ladders up against up against my furniture. I had to hire a another moving company to unload and reload that entire crate.

The guys did a great job. Communicated when they would show up and were early to arrive. The job went longer than originally thought and they stayed very late into the night to get done. I plan to use them again in the near term!!

Overall the guys that came out did a good job moving items from my 7 ft POD container into my apartment. Due to the designated location of where PODS can be parked in my apartment complex there was about a 2-3 minute walk from the POD to my apartment. Despite this distance the guys were able to unload everything and help assemble some furniture in under 2 hours (which was great). The only negative I have is that they were late. They did, however, call me ahead of my scheduled service time to notify me how late they would be.
