I did not have a good experience with this company. First, communication was challenging. We had difficulty understanding Mr. Holland in person and even more difficulty on the phone. Second, he was not respectful of my time. After twice promising to provide a crew between 8 and 9 am as requested, he finally arrived just before 3 pm. This unreasonable delay caused me a number of problems. I was also not satisfied with the quality of the work. We provided plenty of moving pads and shrink wrap, yet some items loaded into the moving truck were not sufficiently protected and got damaged in transit. I would have given the service two stars if they had showed up on time, but arriving six hours late for an early morning appointment was inexcusable in my view. I would not use this company again.

The gentlemen from Holland Real Estate were on time, professional, and very friendly. They were respectful of our property, but it did take a bit of time to assemble the beds and one of them we ended up having to re-do a bit (the legs were put on incorrectly). But it was great to see such friendly faces during such a stressful day

Awesome! Awesome! They showed up on time and got straight to work unloading the storage container. They were fast and effective. We had a safe that was heavier than we thought but they still moved it and put it in place and put the top of the China cabinet back up.
