James and his crew showed up on time and prepared. They packed all the furniture and some boxes from a 4 bedroom house into Pods in less than 2 hours. They were respectful to my husband and me and of our property and goods. I would use their services again.

Holland RES & I agreed to an unload date (Saturday) and time (9-10am). 2 days before our move, Holland RES called to ask for delay to 10-11am, due to conflicting jobs. I agreed to this delay. 1 day before the move, Holland RES called for a 2nd delay to 11-12. I resisted this 2nd delay, due to projected rain. Holland RES called back to reconfirm start time of 10-11am. On the move day, the Holland RES movers arrived at 12:20, 2hr 20min past the original time. Given projected rain, I moved all of the lighter furniture and boxes into 2nd flr apartment, while waiting for movers. Upon Holland RES movers arrival, only heavy furniture remained, which were moved within 1hr, 15min out of the planned 2hrs. Then 15min after the movers departed, heavy rain arrived. The movers were good and worked efficiently and quickly during the time they were present, but I moved many more items and furniture than I planned to do. In the future I would be more precise on when the movers are to arrive and what level of commitment they have to their scheduled time. Also if I had more time I would have removed the filled drawers from a large bureau and chest of drawers, rather than the movers unload these 2 items with filled drawers. It made these pieces much heavier and the stresses on these pieces were evident when these were set down though no visible splintering/splitting appeared.

Very helpful and professional. Always arrived on time. Had good ideas on how to load the Pod well. Did a great job using all the space available. Respectful of items, making sure not to damage wood floor, walls or items being moved. Moved things in a great time frame.
