The movers were professional. They called 1 hour prior to arrival. There performance and care of my furniture and materials was exemplary.They work in a systematic and efficient manner. My concern for fragile items and glassware was alleviated .I definitely will use them again.

This is a mixed review. I hired Holland Real Estate Srvice for 2 jobs. Friday was to move my 10x30 storage and Saturday morning was to move my 800 sq ft apt. 1. They were on time. 2. They were prepared. 3. So far it seems they were respectful of my property. 4. I would use them only if I can pick the crew. I believe things went great on the first job but the 2nd job was stretched out time wise. I have moved quite a bit over my life and know how it works. I made sure I had water and gatorade and food for lunch/dinner. I thought I treated them respectfully. Overview: I helped load from storage, which evidently kept the men moving. I say that because Friday went great. Saturday, was a completely different story. It took the same amount of time to just load the apartment as it did for the first job from storage (load, drive across town, and unload). I could not help load the 2nd job as I was in the apartment. While one loaded the truck, one should have been moving the items, however, that wasn't happening. The staging sight just kept getting fuller. I believe if I had been able to load from the staging sight to the truck, it would have kept moving. I did tip them as they had done a great job on Friday and there was one that worked exceptionally hard both days. I just hope they all received their tip as I gave it all to just one of them.

Do NOT hire! Damage to several walls. Dropped dresser down the stairs. Seemed unexperienced and unprofessional.
