I hired them to do furniture rearrangement in my two story loft. They were scheduled to arrive between 9-12 but were late because the first job of the day ran long. They did call to keep me informed which was appreciated. They did not arrive until 3 - in my case that was ok but that is quite late. That being said, the guys were great and they worked hard. There was a difficult piece to move and they took great care to get it done. They were fast and thorough. Yes I would use them again though we would have a conversation about the time. The price was reasonable and the process of hiring through Hire-a-Helper was very easy.
