Leroy and Bobby called before showing up. They arrived on time and got right to work. I was very please with the job they did. Both guys were professional yet friendly. If i needed a moving service again this would be my first pick.

Patient, friendly and competent. They showed up on time and worked the entire time. They loaded my 3 br house into two pods in 8 hours. I had one flight of stairs and a lot of heavy items. Evrything was carefully wrapped and stored securely. They were kind to us and each other. Transaction with hireahelper was easy and no BS. I will contract with them to unload and move us into our new house.

Bobby was great but Leroy was so slow and negative right of the bat. Came in telling us to come up with a plan B cause there was "no way it is all going to fit on that truck". We had 1/3 of it loaded before they got there and it took them 2 hours to get most of the rest. Leroy had a something wrong with his leg and limped the entire time only carrying one small item at a time. Guess what Mr. Leroy, WE got it all in the truck!

They were accommodating to our schedule - in changing it after we had already scheduled it online which was great. They also brought their own equipment for moving as well. It appeared at times that the actual unloading seemed to go slow or was inefficiently done because a lot of time seemed to be waiting on them to return to truck. Perhaps that is the case with all movers -- since the job is not a flat rate to unload the entire truck but instead by the hour which then is more difficult to ascertain how long should unloading a truck really take to complete.

Both arrived 30 minutes early. Unloaded the entire load within the allotted time frame and did not scratch any of the furniture. Both had exceptional attitudes and mannerisms. Highly recommend and will use again.
