I can't thank James enough. I messed up and scheduled the wrong date and didn't catch it until the day before I really needed them. I called James in a panic and he was able to come the next day! This was critical since I had scheduled the POD pick up for the day after the move. Anyway - once again, they were on time, moved the stuff quickly with not incident. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again, if needed. Thanks James and Crew!

Not your typical laborers. In 1 word, Professional!
Easy to schedule, arrived on time, were thorough, professional gentlemen. Unpacked the moving truck and placed items as if the items belonged to them. No mishandling of goods.

The guys showed up on time (actually a little early) and they finished early. They did a great job moving the stuff and they were friendly. I will use them for the unpacking as well.

while James and crew were on time, friendly and worked hard, we did have problems.
I thought everything was done well until we unpacked. We then realized that they had done the following:
1. put things against most of the wooden furniture that scratched and gouged for the whole 3 day drive. There is not a piece of furniture left that was not affected.
2. Put heavy boxes at the top rather than the bottom
3. plainly disregarded the clearly marked fragile boxes.
Again I will say that it looked like they were doing a good job while they were loading. If there had been suggestions made, we would have gladly followed them. If we needed to get some padding or blankets, we could have simply opened some of the boxes there.
It is my expectation that professionals use their expertise to prevent these sorts of avoidable mistakes.
So while they were nice guys, I would not use them again.

I used holland real estate services for the second time and I'm so glad I did. They arrived earlier than I had scheduled at my request and they finished the whole loading job in an hour and a half! None of the furniture was damaged. Great guys!

I had a three-man team for loading and a two-man team for unloading. Each time they showed up on time and worked very hard. They were very careful with my furniture. I had rented a Pack Rat container and they packed it so well there was no shift. I had no damage. We were moving the contents of a large house and what I appreciated most was their advice on how much the container would hold so that I could prioritize what was essential to move now and what could be done later.
