On time with the appropriate pre loading confirmation phone call to confirm time of arrival for loading. Fully prepared, respectful of the items being loaded, and superior spacial relationship in fully loading the truck for even balance. Would most certainly use them again.

Mr. Holland called and confirmed the job, called the evening before, showed up on time with Bobby and Leroy, and everyone was professional and courteous. They wrapped all the furnishings using my blankets and film then loaded the containers carefully and tight. Shifting should not be a problem during the move and storage. Plan the time you feel the job should take and then add approximately 50% more. If you want your furniture handled carefully and wrapped, it's tedious work and takes longer than you expect. I think the job went well but the proof will be in 5 months when we have the containers unloaded into our new home.
