LeDoux is great.
Moving is not the most fun thing to do, particularly after pod and hire-a-helper not following through on their promises. But then, like the sun through the clouds, LeDoux appeared out of the gloom. Date set. Two workers, 2 hours, 1 ?or more? hrs. extra if necessary. Good to go. Then. I got a call on the scheduled day asking to put the job off a day because of snow conditions. Perfectly reasonable. The new day, I got a call from the team leader suggesting that a third worker would be better than just the two planned on. Hmmm. Is this a bait and switch? Calls back and forth with the office. The POD was a good 75 feet from the door, then 3 sets of 7-9 steps. But they knew that ahead of time. But, guess what? I learned later that the team leader had driven by my address to look things over, and having assessed the situation, made the recommendation. I'm SO glad I took the team leader's advice. Up and down, up and down, up and down they went, for two and a half hours. I had cleared most of the snow melt ice off the driveway, but some remained. Up and down and up - they never stopped except while I decided where something(s) should be put.
I was stunned at how low the final bill was, seriously less than I had budgeted.
If you're looking for help, please put LeDoux at the top of your list. You deserve the best.

MJ and Tim did a great job. They were protective of the apartment and the furniture. They finished much faster than anticipated. Would use them again.

The two guys I hired, headed by Tim, were very competent and strong and communicated well. They arrived 2 hours after our originally scheduled time because their previous job took longer than anticipated, but they kept me informed of their timing. They had the equipment they needed and worked hard for 3 hours. They took care of my property. I did have some difficulty afterwards with pens and things that shifted in my file cabinets and interfered with opening drawers - don't know how that is prevented outside of removing drawers during the move.
I would definitely use LeDoux again, but I might consider looking for cheaper help, as Hire A Helper seems to take a big cut.

These guys did great job. Mario and Tim loaded our 22' truck for us to move to Oregon. Mario who was the team lead, has a great work ethic. Further, the guys here in Oregon said they were impressed with how the truck was loaded. Thats the real test, when it gets to the other side. We drove our own truck from CO to OR. Even through some snow. Highly recommend these guys to move anyone. Thank you Mario and Tim.
