Tony and Robert arrived on time. Robert managed the paperwork and wrapped furniture in the blankets I provided. I had already packed all the boxes. Tony did all the heavy lifting and moved the majority of our stuff from the lower level of the house to the driveway where the container was located. Tony is a miracle worker and was able to get everything in one container in two hours. I'm sure if my husband and I had done it ourselves, we would have needed two containers and several hours! They work quickly, so if it's important to the customer to have the container loaded within a specific timeframe, I recommend having all items ready to go. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The only reason this is a 4 star review is they were a couple hours late and didn't have the best communication. Tim and his crew were exceptionally professional, polite and FAST. They were very respectful of our belongings and treated them with care. When they were done it looked like our pod had been packed by a Tetris Master.
Would absolutely recommend them and book them again.

Both men were working at a fast pace and had the POD emptied in the two hours they were scheduled for. They were at our door a few minutes before the scheduled time. We showed them where each room was and from there on they took the boxes to the assigned locations. They brought their own blankets to protect the floors and carried the appliances and book cases.

The movers were prepared and worked quickly. In fact, they were done within an hour and we paid for a 2 hour (minimum allowed) job. When the movers left they said the sooner they leave the more I would save, but it didn't work out that way; we still had to pay for the full two hours. Ledoux was a bit hard to get a hold of by phone. Still, my primary concern was that the movers do their job and they did that very well, so, 4 stars!

Hire A Helper, in particular LeDoux Moving Solutions was excellent!!!! Very easy to schedule and when my Pod delivery got messed up I called Carmen and she immediately adjusted to my new delivery date. Rob and Dex were on time, friendly and very careful when removing furniture from my old home. Very hard workers and when the items needed to be tied down, I didn’t have rope so they went to the store and got some!! I would definitely recommend this company.
