The were on time and had all the tools necessary to do the job. They were very respectful of our belongings. It rained the whole time and they made sure to cover everything before they left the truck. I had a 26 foot truck and it was unloaded in less than 3hrs. I would highly recommend A PLUS MOVING.

John & Lucus arrived on time and got right to work. Our items were handled with care and made sure everything was taken to & placed in the spots we designated. I couldn’t believe this experience. I called John two days before my move because I hadn’t heard anything to confirm. He was uncertain of the move but then checked something and then said yes, he would be able to make it but asked if he could come a few hours earlier as he had another job that day. I couldn’t accommodate that so I asked if he needed to cancel. He said i’ll just arrive late to my other job. It’s better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. I said I didn’t want to do that to another person and please check with other people. He then said he would make it work out fine. He arrived a little late the morning of the move with a horrible attitude. He walked through the house and made a couple of comments on my suggestions indicating that I obviously didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve moved six times in the last seven years so was just trying to be helpful with my experience with my own stuff. He then walked out of the house and drove off stating that he didn’t like the vibe. I was left high and dry. Absolutely disgusting. I would never do this to another person. I can’t believe he is actually in business. I reported this to the service and they were similarly shocked. I got another mover out the next day, incurring another day of a truck and taking off work. The new company was amazing.

These guys where on time and very efficient in loading and unloading and very protective on our stuff I would recommend these guys anytime.

They were unable to keep prearranged appointment time and changed it several times. When they moved the piano off the truck, they removed the blanket and plastic wrap prior to moving it into the house. Causing strap rubbings and minor damages to wood on the piano. They should have left the piano wrapped until into the house. Otherwise, I would have scored them a star higher.
