John was so amazing. He was at my house before I was there with the truck. He assessed the job asked if I had any requests ( and I did ) there was one piece of furniture that needed to go into the master bedroom that had to go into the room first or they wouldn’t get it in. He made sure everything went smooth. They were both very careful with my things. I have told so many of my friends about this experience. There isn’t enough word to express how happy I am with your company. If I ever had a need for help moving anything again I will us your company and I would request John for sure. This was the absolute worst! First, they were almost two hours late. Then, the first item they brought up (the desk) they tore half of that right off. The man spent 30+ minutes trying to fix it with glue to cover his ass… But was unable to fix it. Then they brought up my mattress and tour the side of it. They sat around arguing with each other and shooting the **** longer than they actually were moving things, and they had the nerve to charge me an extra hour. At the end, The man knew I was upset, but he stood over me to make sure I submitted the payment and ok’ed the extra hour. They were very intimidating. They swore the whole time, and I even overheard them talking bad about me and my partner. You can’t just give a guy a hand truck and Call them a mover. They also left trash in the back of my rental truck.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW - I would have given a negative stars if the service would allow me to. I have used HireAHelper already twice in the last 3 months, and this was by far the worst service here. I received a call from the A Plus Moving the day prior to the appointment, and when providing the time window, they wanted something earlier - I'm sorry, that's not how it works. Upon arrival, the lead was arrogant, rude, and obnoxious. I knew how long it took the previous movers to handle my goods, and he said it would be twice that, and immediately became belligerent. He was touted his moving experience and threw my doormat to the side as to say, "I don't care what you think". I wasn't worried about the rug - It was the arrogance and disrespect to me, the customer, that absolutely ended the appointment. I told him if that is how it would be, he could leave - He then threw a cussing fit like a sailor at me (in front of my children) and slowly exited. This company should be steered clear of...Far away, even if it's your last option.

Horrible service. The owner was u friendly and rude and sat in his truck eating his chips. Treated his workers like garbage and they actually did a better job than he did. This guy needs to get a new job!

Started kind of slow, but that wasn't their fault we didn't have a clear pathway for them, but once the path was set they did a great job. Very respectful and kind. Handled our stuff very carefully. They were true professionals. I would use them again when needed. Hopefully it wont be for a long while though. They were on time they had all the equipment they needed. Very professional.
