The crew was on time and worked very hard the whole time. We had heavy rain all day and they kept our property protected and well covered. We used every inch of two 16’ PODS and they did a great job packing.

They arrived early, and with proper equipment, and took care of my stuff while moving it. They were both nice guys. They weren't particularly quick, but I didn't have that much stuff so we got it done in the time frame.
I was a rather offended and upset that multiple times they picked fruit from my trees, and even grabbed a few peppers from two of my pepper plants and put them in their pocket(!!!). I nicely said you're just going to take those without asking huh, to which he laughed.
This is simply what they did in front of me, and didn't bother to ask if they could have the fruit & peppers, they just started taking. I had plans to give them some fruit when they left, but to do all of that without asking was ridiculous.
Upon leaving they again ripped a passion fruit down from my tree and I finally said something in a more serious tone about how rude that is to take without asking from someone else's yard, to which they laughed again and proceeded to walk to their car.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
