They packed only half the pod even though I got an extra hour. In addition, they only packed it halfway up, so I had to unpack some of it, so that I could get to the back and pack it up to the roof. Then, when I got it today, they broke some of my stuff by packing boxes clearly labeled "fragile" under several heavy boxes. All my crystal and wineglasses got broken. I spent probably $300 on that stuff. So, in total, hiring you guys cost me a total of $600.

They were on time, prepared for the job, very repsectful. They were very good, efficient, worked hard and very organized. My only complaint is that they did not put protective covering on the floors. As a result the carpeting leading into the living room got very soiled and we had to hire a carpet cleaner.

We had Ivan, Carlos and Marko, they arrived on time prepared to go work. They worked at a pace that had them finish ahead of the six hour period we paid for. These guys knew how to load a Pod. I had read reviews that were negative about Ivan and I want you to know that his team were without a doubt great. I would be happy to use them again.

They were slow: They spent 8 hours packing my furniture and loading it into 3 PODS. Everything at the house was ready to go, with all boxes organized and in the garage - all they had to do was wrap furniture and load furniture and boxes into PODS (when I moved 100 miles 2 years ago, the movers packed and loaded the same items, drove 2 hours, and unloaded and set up the furniture in 9 hours). They used my materials: They ran out of wrapping material (bubble wrap, etc.) and kept using my packing items. I provided over 60 furniture blankets and they still ran out. They ate my food: I provided bottled water, which they drank and then left empty bottles all over the house. I did not offer them food, but they helped themselves to my fresh fruit and left the peels in a planter bed in the backyard. They packed the PODS terribly: I purposely got 3 PODS for my stuff; they put iron patio furniture across upholstered indoor furniture, which will wreck that furniture. Things were not packed well at all, and I anticipate damage to our things. They tried to charge me for the hour they took lunch: I corrected Ivan and then he said "ok" and reduced the charges to 8 hours. I was fully prepared to tip these folks, but not after the job they did.

Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
