I couldn’t be happier with how the load went. Rigo’s communication prior to the load was excellent and the loaders were extremely efficient and good at their job. I used Rigo’s to load a POD for a long distance move, and the loaders knew exactly how to load the POD to minimize shifting and got every in and tied down/strapped in very securely. They loaded a 900 sq. ft. apartment loaded into the POD in 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend Rigo’s for your loading or moving.

They were fast but not the friendliest. They specifically asked if they can start at 7am yet they were late claiming traffic so they did not arrive until 7:30am. They did get my 8ft and 16ft containers unloaded in an hour (I hired 4 guys for 2 hours), yet some of the boxes were not placed where I asked them to go. They were a little rough with some of the stuff. All in all I would not hire them again even though they were quick...I also prefer people that are a little more friendly...oh and if you are going to ask to start at 7am...I expect you to be there at 7am....it's called google maps...it will tell you if there will be traffic. There is no excuse for being late. I also had a hard time getting a hold of them at first. I could not leave a message because the "voicemail box was full", but when I called Hire a Helper and they called them, they were able to get through right away.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
