Rigo's Moving & Storage Inc. I was so happy with their work. The two movers who came, (I want to nick name them as short & tall) where so professional & polite. They started working right when they got here, didn't once slack off, where very gentle to my furniture, & items! Very fast job they did & if u think the tall mover is the muscle of the two, well the short one can lift & carry just as much as the tall & both have very friendly professional attitude. Professional, efficient, and talented at making a lot of furniture fit into a very small space. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to fit everything in the 20 foot truck, but they even had room left over for me to grab my large house plants, which I was prepared to abandon. The only reason I’m leaving a four star review rather than a five star review is that two items were damaged during the move: a picture frame cracked and a dining chair was dinged (for some reason it wasn’t wrapped like the rest of them) such that a large scrape is visible on the back. Still, I’m grateful there was relatively little damaged, I was expecting the worse.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
