This is the third time I've used Rigo's Moving & Storage and I must say, this was the best move yet. The two movers and truck showed up right on time and they didn't waste a minute getting to work. The whole process was incredibly easy, from booking to packing. Marta at Rigo’s team is always in communication, giving updates of times of arrivals. The team of men that come also let you know when they are coming. The men worked tirelessly for the 2 hours packing the container and never stopped, no slacking at all. They were kind, courteous and efficient. They expertly packed every inch of 2 containers for us. We highly recommend Rigo’s! Awesome crew!

Great crew. Difficult job moving my daughter to apartment in downtown LA. Hard to find parking so had to park almost a block away. Despite this the crew never complained and unloaded all of my daughters furniture and possessions quickly, carefully and efficiently. Successfully loaded large bed that could not be disassembled. Efficiently transported several boxes at a time. NO damaged or broken items. Worked very hard without stop in 100+ degree weather. Great attitudes, great work, great crew. I would UNEQUIVOCALLY be delighted to have this team help with any future move.

The guys were on time, so professional, never stopped and were so good at loading and packing our POD they took the stress away from moving day!
When I looked at 16’ Pod, I feared 2 units wouldn’t be enough for our move. When the crew was done with loading first unit, we may not need another 16’ to finish the job. ( we have to use 16’ due to cross country move.)
Hoping same guys return in two days to load out Pod two. Even if they can’t return, I am positive any crew from Rigo’s Moving and Storage will be as good.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
