The movers were great! They packed up my PODS container so everything fit with plenty of room to spare and finished the work very quickly.

The 3 movers did an exceptionally wonderful job. They were right on time and finished the moving right on time. They were careful with our stuff and wrapped everything. We had 2 POD storages for our home. I was worried that not everything would fit. But the movers were able to piece it all together and fit all our belongings in the 2 PODS, like a puzzle. They were kind, friendly and worked hard. When we move into our new home, I will be using this company again, to help us unload our storage units into our house.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
First off, they showed up a hour late. They lied to me. The manager said that the truck broke down. The worker said they had issues reserving a truck at U-haul. No customer transparency.
Secondly, they took forever to load the truck. We have a 1 bedroom apt and they took almost three hours to load the truck-they spent 30 min rearranging the truck because they loaded incorrectly.
Thirdly, when I called management to express my concern the manager blamed me for not having things packed when we have photo documentation that everything was packed in a box or bag. The worker told the manager that we had nothing packed. Second lie.
Finally, they damaged the wall at our new place. They didn’t apologize or anything. They said it wasn’t damaged. They said the manager would call and discuss the damage. Never did.
Liars and poor customer service. No need to go on. Avoid this awful company.

The crew was awesome. Worked twice as long as they expected to into the eve on a Fri night. Professional, respectful, hard working and careful. Nothing broken, damaged, or missing. I’d hire them again without an ounce of hesitation. Really, they went above and beyond.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
