OK, these guys were FANTASTIC.
Professional, pleasant, and fast. They clearly knew exactly how to navigate every possible challenge in carrying heavy furniture into a house. They followed instructions, asked salient and intelligent questions, offered suggestions to make things easier... I really couldn't be happier and can't recommend them enough.

From the person who called me to confirm, to the 2 men who helped move, it was a very good experience.
The men who moved the items were professional, courteous, efficient and didn't damage any of the unusually heavy furniture.
I was very impressed by them, over-all, especially after hiring some very bad movers when we moved in to the condo.

Could not be more happy with the guys from Rigos! Yes they were on time, yes they knew what they were doing, yes they worked very hard! But more than all that, it was their can do attitude that made the difference to us. Due to a parking situation we were unable to use the ramp to load, making it very difficult to get the heavy furniture in the truck. But the guys just went to work with a smile on their face & got the job done! My only regret is that our guys won’t be with us to unload the trailer in Michigan!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
