They were great. The 4 guys showed up on time, they were professional, prepared, friendly and most importantly for me, they did not stand around wasting time or looking at their phones. I underestimated the amount of stuff I had and it looked like everything was not going to fit but they made it work and were able to get everything in the containers. I would use them again.

So, I am usually suspicious of so many great reviews, but my experience today with Rigo's Moving & Storage really was excellent. They came on time, finished on time, and coordinated well with me. I still was not sure I wanted to take or sell off a few of my items. Because I needed to see how full the container would be with the items I had already prioritized it meant the guys had to wait for my direction on what to choose in some of the rooms. They worked with me on this and were very professional the entire time. Definitely would use them again and recommend to others

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
