Our helpers arrived at 8:30 am (scheduled time was b/w 8 am and 9 am) and were very polite and courteous. We drove to the storage site and immediately began unloading the truck. Both were helpful with suggestions on how to organize and store items in the storage unit. We finished the job well within the designated time. I strongly recommend hireahelper and will use them again in our next move

I can’t thank these guys enough. This was a first for me and I had no idea where to start. The crew arrived on time, even gave me a courtesy call when they were about ten minutes away. They were all prepared and worked very hard. Everything went efficiently and they treated my belongings respectfully. They even went as far as showing me the best way to secure my stuff to minimize any shifting during transportation. I would absolutely use Full House Family Moving again!

I had a one bed room apartment and, admittedly, have a little too much stuff. They arrived and immediately began working and getting everything on my truck. They worked quickly and efficiently and even finished early! Very thankful for them. One thing to note is that I booked the slot of arrival between 10-11 and requested they be there closer to 10:30 as that is when I would be arriving with my truck. They did arrive right at 10 (but it ended up working out). So just make sure that you book the exact time slot you need/want since they do arrive promptly!

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.

We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
