I would like to thank the Full House moving team for helping me move from start to finish! I was very lucky to have the same movers, Jim and team to pack-up my pods from my old house to unpack and move-in to my new house. They were professional, efficient and very good at communicating arrival times. They were respectful, careful with my items and very hardworking. Everything I could have hoped for! Prompt, careful, funny, and incredibly hard workers. Packed everything up exactly in the time allotted, and even worked through a tricky situation where my door frame was too small to fit my washer & dryer. I'll be recommending these guys to any of my friends for their next move.

I was very unhappy with the service I received. I would not use this company again in the future. They allegedly "specialized" in POD packing......i had to remove everything and repack the entire unit so I could actually utilize all the snall and allow soace to get into the unit. I wqs told the novers sent to me mw would bring plastic wrap at NO EXTRA CHARGE, they didn't have any. I was told I could pay them cash to stay a few extra hrs, when they were done with the POD they all of a sudden couldn't stay any longer. Very unsatisfied. Hire A Helper service was accommodating and helpful.

I had used them the day prior to load up my truck and used them this day to unload. I had also used them last year and was very satisfied. They are always on time and prepared to work. They work hard and don't stop. They always seem to finish early. I will always use them first.

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
